We believe that children are learning beings who are constantly exploring and moving to new adventures every day.  So, we have created a kids club that offers a variety of classes for kids from 3 to 13 years old.  All these classes have been designed to provide an engaging atmosphere through a compilation of fun ideas and learning activities for kids in the Bellevue area.

 Currently, we are running Kids Club Pirok, Popcorn Outdoor Forest School, Progressive Pre-K,  Art Classes, Russian language class and Little Actor’s Classes. You can find the full schedule on classes & events calendar .   

 

Progressive Pre-K (Preschool) - the enrollment for 2024-2025 school year is open

Our progressive pre-K class focuses on providing a well-rounded education for preschoolers, promoting early literacy skills, nature-learning, and introducing advanced topics. We aim to create a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Kids Club PirOk (Preschool) 
Enrollment for 2024-2025 school year is open

We believe that sensory and social development is a top priority for preschool-aged children. During sensory social routine activities, little kids learn how to comfortably interact with others. We have engaging schedule full of crafts, games, songs, gymnastics and, even age-appropriate cooking. Children are encouraged to lead a healthy lifestyle through taking walks on a day-to-day basis. We respect personalities of all children and encouraging them to express themselves within the limits of their own and other kids’ safety. Parents are always welcome to stay until they feel comfortable to leave their child with us.

Days: Monday - Friday

Time: 9 30 am to 13 30 pm

Suncatcher Forest School 
licensed Nature Based Daycare the enrollment for 2024 - 2025 is open

Outdoor classroom is the ideal setting for learning and exploration!

Each day starts with a circle time and choosing activities for the day (kids will actively participate in this part!).  Out day routine may include building from natural materials (dens, shelters, forts), nature craft (playing with clay, making bird feeders, mud pies, etc.),  nature and wildlife observation (weather patterns, observation of amphibians, insects, birds), plant identification and foraging, hiking, climbing trees and active play. There are always two instructors with the group and open doors policy for our student’s families.

Weekend Daycare

Weekend daycare and enrichment classes for kids 3-8 yo will be a great start of the weekend for busy families. While you are running errands or recovering from the busy week, our teachers will take care about your children. Enrichment activities include dance and music classes, crafts, puzzle solving and story times. If weather allows, we will spend time outdoor on the playground. We will accept up to 8 kids to the class, priority will be given to families with the monthly subscription.

Art Classes for kids 4-11 y o

Drawing skills are extremely important to express kids feeling and emotions. Lets help kids to be understood be others through art pieces they will create.
While drawing favorite characters and beautiful landscapes, kids will learn about composition, 3D figures, color theory and perspective. Looking at art masterpieces and exploring art history will be useful and in inspirational experience for children.

Russian Language Classes for bilingual kids 3-5 (starting from October) and 6–9 yo

Even if you speak Russian in the family, your children may refuse speaking Russian if they don’t have a good vocabulary, reading and writing skills. Children need structure and also the opportunities to use Russian language outside the family. That is why they take Russian lessons in our school. 

Our experienced and talented teachers nurture children’s creativity and interest in Russian Language by finding great reading materials appropriate for the children’s age and skills (which is often very hard to do), organizing competitions, theatrical plays, discussing books and movies. The teacher will inspire students to practice and improve reading and writing skills, to learn grammar appropriate for this age level, to stimulate creativity in using the language.

Cooking School for kids from 5 to 11 y o

Cooking is a skill that not only nourishes our bodies but also brings creativity, satisfaction, and joy into our lives. Recognizing this, we’re thrilled to introduce a fantastic opportunity for your child to dive into the culinary arts with our exclusive cooking classes for kids!his year, we are honored to have Natalija Jakimenko, an experienced chef and renowned food blogger, leading our cooking classes. With her extensive culinary expertise and passion for teaching, Natalija brings a wealth of knowledge and excitement to every class
On Fridays our group will gather to cook, taste and socialize. No further experience is necessary, we are here to  learn in inspiring environment that allows children to discover their true culinary potential.

Drama Classe for kids from 3 to 6 yo

Kids yoga classes offer a unique and engaging way for children to stay active, develop mindfulness, and improve their overall well-being.
