Ingredients:
- medium size head of young green cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- salt
- spices
Instructions:
1.Cut the cabbage into halves and then into segments.
2.Whisk together the eggs, and milk. Add salt and spices.
3.Cover the cabbage with flour.
4.And then take the cabbage and dip it and cover in the egg mixture.
5.Fry the cabbage in a skillet with salted butter, fry on both sides occasionally pouring some of the egg mixture onto the cabbage.
6.Plate and enjoy!
