Around the World Cooking Camp (8-12)

Each day of the week brings a new destination and a new culinary adventure.
On Monday, we’ll whisk ourselves away to Japan, where campers will learn the art of making sushi rolls and crafting adorable bento boxes filled with tasty treats.

Tuesday transports us to warm Turkey, where we’ll savor the  Mediterranean flavors of falafel, pilaf and delicious baklava. As we chop, mix, and fry, campers will discover the rich cultural heritage behind each dish.

Wednesday sees us journeying to Sweden, where we’ll  cook famous Swedish meat balls with mashed potatoes and cranberry souse and indulge in the spice and  sweet gingerbread cookies

Italy takes the spotlight on Thursday as we will cook pasta from scratch, accompanied by the decadent delight of tiramisu for dessert.

Finally, on Friday, we’ll head to Colombia to whip up delicious arepas, savory cornmeal cakes filled with a variety of fillings, followed by a sweet finale with caramel cake.

But our cooking adventures aren’t limited to the kitchen! Throughout the week, campers will engage in games and activities inspired by the cultures of each country, adding an extra layer of fun and learning to our culinary experience.
