300g soft butter at room temperature
1 cup of sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tea spoon of baking soda
3 1/2 – 4 cup of flour
1 tea spoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
The recipe is enough for 2-3 big trays of cookies. You can use part of the dough and keep rest of it up to one week in a refrigerator.
