Overview
We offer programs and classes for kids from 24 mos to 11 y o. The non-linear curriculum allows for new students to join a class at any time throughout the year.
Enrollment
Weekly classes are offered during school year according to Bellevue school district calendar. Enrollment is open throughout the year if we have free spot in a program. Please note that one month (30 days) notice is required to withdraw from any class which is offered on monthly basis.
New students enrollment
All parents enrolling the children in a class or a camp are required to sign waiver forms.

Kitchen rules
Fees
Initial enrollment fees include your first month’s tuition and other entrance fees applicable to the program. First month tuition might be prorated according to start date. Tuition is ongoing, and invoiced monthly.
School breaks and classes cancellation
We are located in Bellevue and operate according to Bellevue School District calendar. We don’t have regulars classes on BSD school breaks, holidays and when schools are closed because of the weather conditions. Our tuition rate already includes school breaks and holidays. We do not refund classes canceled due to weather however offer make-up classes.
Withdrawing from a class
End of month withdrawal will be provided when a withdrawal letter is submitted during the month prior to the final month attending. Mid-month withdrawals won’t be refunded.
Students might be withdrawn from the class because of the continuous misbehavior or/and not following class rules.
Missing a Class
Missed classes are not be credited nor reimbursed, however, we offer makeups when it’s possible.
Summer Camps Policies
Payment Policy
Full tuition is due at the time of registration. We offer 15% sibling discount and 10% discount for families who are currently enrolled into school year programs.
Summer Camp Withdrawal, Refund, and Switching Policy
• If program is canceled by Popcorn we issue a full refund.
• Withdrawals up to 4 weeks before start of the program – full refund.
• Withdrawals up to 2 weeks before start of the program – 50% refund or credit
• Withdrawals less than 2 weeks before start of the program -no refund or credit
• Switching between programs is allowed, based on availability.
