Come meet Yuliya, a certified fitness instructor and postpartum body restoration coach, who will be leading this workshop dedicated to postpartum recovery and fitness after kids.
During the conversation you’ll learn about basic core anatomy, pregnancy and postpartum body changes, safe exercising after having kids.
And on top of it you’ll get a short workout as a trial before our new 8 week class series with Yuliya!
After the workshop you will for sure know:
– What moving patterns cause you a low back pain at the end of the day;
– Why kegels only are not enough to recover your pelvic floor;
– Which exercises to include into everyday routine to start the self healing process.
