SUMMARY:Outdoor Survival Camp 5-10 yo
DESCRIPTION:This week we will explore what one needs to survive in the wild. We will learn how to – build shelter – filter water – learn to identify edible and poisonous plants – read animal tracks – build a fire with no matches or lighter – cook meals on the fire (subject to fire ban). We will also learn basics of orientation\, map reading and how to use a compass. The culmination of this camp will be a hike to the local park (subject to instructor approval). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEarly drop off and extra care available upon request. We provide sibling discount and special discount for families enrolled to our programs.

Recognizing this\, cooking schools for kids have emerged as a wonderful opportunity to instill a love for food and cooking at an early age. This year  experienced shef and food-blogger Natalija Jakimenko  will teach the class.\nOn Fridays our group will gather to cook\, taste and socialize. No further experience is necessary\, we are here to  learn in inspiring environment that allows children to discover their true culinary potential.
