SUMMARY:Exploration Animals  Summer Camp and Field Trip
DESCRIPTION:If your child likes animals\, they will LOVE this camp.  We explore unique and strange ways animals survive.  We Learn about what animal adaptations\, camouflage\, mimicry\, food webs\, and more.  We play games\, do activities\, and even make our own unique animals. This experience also includes a local nature walk in Bridle Trails Park where we find and learn about local wildlife in the Pacific Northwest. If your child likes ART and ANIMALS\, then this is the camp for them! \n\n\n\nWe will get to TOUCH actual animal artifacts and explore how animals live.   \n\n\n\nWe will take an educational nature walk to explore the animals around us. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour child will learn new Science concepts from an experienced\, award-winning teacher. Jeromie Heath has created and will lead this camp. He has 19 years experience in education and is National Board Certified (meaning\, he’s in the top 10% of teachers in the nation). Your children will love his zany and fun ways of teaching. SUMMARY:Beadwork Workshops for Kids 7+ and Adults
DESCRIPTION:In August we will host set of Beadwork workshops for the kids 7+ and adultsWorkshops will provide by Jeweler YanaYa. Yana has a long-time experience of jewelry-making as well as providing jewelry-making workshops and themed events for kids and adults.  We will learn different simple beading techniques\, that you will able to use to create different types of beaded jewelry all by yourself.  We will create different types of jewelry: rings\, bracelets\, earrings. You will learn about different materials\, types of beads and tools needed for bead working. Every workshop is different\, existing and unique. Workshops will held on Wednesdays at 5 pm during August (5 workshops). Duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. Tuition is $275 for five workshops. For two participants from one family – $490 (what a great idea to spend time with your loved ones and make jewelry together). All materials and tools are provided. All you need to bring is inspiration\, good mood and intention to learn something new.
