This festival is celebrated with a king cake which goes either for brioche dough or pastry sheets with almond cream.Apart from almond cream\, some of the king cake goes for apple sauce or for pears and chocolates.But our choice is always a rich almond cream prepared with almond powder\, eggs\, sugar and butter. As per tradition\, the person who get the trinket from the cake while having this cake is the ‘king’ of the day. This year you and your family have a chance to be a part of the King Cake tradition and learn how to cook delicious Galette des Rois. Under the guidance of the experienced French Chef Natalija Delepine the guests will cook and take home their own Galette des Rois to share with the family and friends. Spaces are limited\, only oneGalette des Rois class will be held this year.
