SUMMARY:Creative Writing Camp for kids 7 - 12 yo (6/28 - 7/1)
DESCRIPTION:During this 4-day course\, students of ages 7-12 will learn creative writing and speaking through various enjoyable activities! Students will write their own stories and learn to incorporate advanced vocabulary and writing devices to enhance their compositions. They will also have the opportunity to practice speech delivery techniques and gain confidence in public speaking through presenting their stories to their instructors and classmates. By receiving personalized feedback on both their writing and storytelling\, students will improve in both areas. Additionally\, they will draw and paint visuals for their stories\, as well as engage in occasional outdoor activities. Throughout this memorable summer experience\, students will participate in several instructional\, creative\, and fun activities!
