Rye Bread Making Workshop via ZOOM
June 5, 2020 @ 8:00 pm – June 6, 2020 @ 3:00 pm
Everyone will leave the class with their own sample of sourdough starter, a recipe and a loaf of bread.
Two-days live streaming class!
As the sourdough baking takes more than one day we are going to start at night on June 5th and finish on June 6th daytime.
You will learn the key points of rye breads: mixing, proofing, and baking. We’ll also cover the basics of managing a rye sourdough culture, including an appropriate feeding schedule. You are going to make your very own first loaf of rye sourdough from scratch with my help in a real time!
How does it work? You should be signed up for the class by the end of the day on June 3rd. On June 4th we will contact you and ask about the address to deliver your sourdough starter and rye bread flour (we will leave the bag on your porch). You will receive the recipe and live broadcast schedule in your email box. All the items we deliver will be handled with special care and with accordance to FDA guidance and rules.
