Summer – is the perfect season to implement healthy habits into your family lifestyle. Healthy eating is more than just making a recipe here and there: it’s finding a sustainable practice of healthy meals in the long term.
On July 9th we are starting a series of four culinary workshops committed to healthy recipes which your family would love to eat. During four classes we will cover all main topics about the healthy nutrition and give your some life hacks how to convince your family to change eating habits. During four weeks we will cook breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners together with you and like-minded personalities. On each class you will get three signature recipes to take home as well as a take out for your family.
You are welcome to pick one or two classes or subscribe to the whole series and get a discount.
